NFB Construction Summit 2022

NFB Construction Summit 2022

The NFB Construction Summit is open to the whole of Construction and will take place on the 7th April 2022

The theme of the Summit will be “The Future of Construction; Leading for Success” with a day that’s split into 2 distinct sessions. The morning session will focus on people and culture and the afternoon session leads on creating a sustainable organisation.

The day is packed with an impressive line-up of speakers, where you can hear how they have built winning teams and changed the culture of their organisation for success through to their journey to Net Zero. During the day you will hear about the World's Greenest Football club, building effective teams through to the full value cycle.

People and Culture

Shaun Wane, England Rugby League Head Coach

As one of our key speakers, Shaun will discuss his experience of building and maintaining a world class winning

sports team and will impart some of the secrets of his incredible success.

This will be a unique and refreshing approach to team management, providing enlightening insight into

maintaining consistent success year on year.

Michael Caulfield, Brentford FC Sports Psychologist
Michael Caulfield will illustrate how relationships are more important than ever as we all recover from the

pandemic and how the simple, but often overlooked skills in managing people can have the most impact.

He will also explain how rest and recovery are more important than ever and that talking, and listening, remain

the most underrated skills of all.
