10:15 - 10:30: Retrofit training from Reed Environment Russell Marchant, Strategic Business Development Manager at Reed Environment, presents 'green' training and development opportunities for construction employers.
10:30 - 10:45: Building Safety Act Emma is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Engineering Team at top 50 full-service law firm, Birketts. She'll explain the importance of the Building Safety Act and answers your questions

11:35 - 12:20- Roundtable activity Your chance to discuss skills/apprenticeships and shape the future of the Essex Construction Alliance. This session includes 10 minutes (12:10-12:20) to feed back from individual tables.
